Random Acts and Whims

I had a whim last night to make some of these sweet felt hearts {heartfelt}
I remembered a note my daughter recently found in a library book: "You Are Special." Lovely, random, kindness. It is time to spread the love around.

PS, the purlbee directions include the how-to for making these into pins.

  2. I love these sweet little hearts...makes me want to whip some up just in time for Valentines Day. Oh, and I listened to your podcast with Rice yesterday and loved it! You always inspire me and hearing you talk about journaling and art in general with her was no exception. Thanks so much for all the encouragement and inspiration in all that you do and share.

Most of all, we ought to evade giving advise which we don't tag along when it damages those who take us at our word.

To be a noble human being is to procure a kind of openness to the mankind, an ability to group uncertain things beyond your own control, that can govern you to be shattered in unequivocally extreme circumstances for which you were not to blame. That says something very important thither the fettle of the principled autobiography: that it is based on a corporation in the unpredictable and on a willingness to be exposed; it's based on being more like a spy than like a jewel, something fairly dainty, but whose very precise attraction is inseparable from that fragility.
