Journaling and Artist Date

This is rollicking good fun. I was thinking about grids one day and took my camera for a walk. The picture of the telephone pole with nails and stapes was my favorite by far. The cracks in the street was a bit of a stretch, right? As far as I'm concerned, bisecting lines makes it a grid.

Try this: Grab your camera (and long johns) and think about one thing: pattern, line, shape, leaves, grids, texture, color (just one). Go take a bunch of pictures.
When I have time, I upload the digital pictures and insert them into a Word document. Make them pretty small. You can print out the page on sticker paper or regular paper or photo transfer paper or ... whatever you want. Use them in a journal page.
