Back with more handcarved stamps. I can't seem to get enough of it these days.Here are a few tips. After experimenting with several brands of soft carving material, I found that Mastercarve cuts the smoothest and crumbles the least. It's generally available in art supply (not craft stores).
I like the Stayz-On brand stamp pads, block printing ink or acrylic paints as these allow you to paint over without smoodging the stamped image.
Using dye-based ink pads is nice when you DO want to smoodge the image. *You do know what "smoodged" means right? smearing, smooshing, etc.
