Isn't this a lovely picture? My whole studio looks like this at the moment as I pack for classes at Art Is You and JournalFest. I've been listening to a ton of radio whilst I work and pack kits (oolala).
Here are a few that I am enjoying.
Craftcast is a lot of fun. Allison Lee shares books, music and an interview with an artist. She talks to a lot of Jewelry Artists so if that is your thing, this is your Podcast.
Sister Diane over at CraftyPod is one of the best. She mixes things up by interviewing small business crafters and artisans and discusses not only their process but their business practices. I just listened to this on planning your blogposts and this with Megan Auman who discusses different on-line selling options. Excellent information. They all have such great voices to listen to.
If you like to cook, give a listen to Spilled Milk with Orangette creator Molly Wizenburg and Mathew Amster-Bergin. They are hilarious. Also really yummy recipes. I made Mathew's Spicy Corn this week. Real good stuff.
Rice Freeman-Zachary of The Voodoo Lounge has some really fabulous artists on her Podcast. I have some catching up to do! Karen Wallace and Jesse Reno. Rice's fun and asks great questions.
Jennifer Ackerman-Haywood's CraftSanity is another favorite of mine. Craft plus running a crafty business. Good stuff, folks.
In case you wanted to know more about the Creative Revolution, I made a 5 minute video.
Have a grand weekend!
